We still don't know how we'll organize the wiki!

The main question is this: what are the Webs going to be?

Remember that each Web is in some ways a separate site. As WelcomeToTheWiki says, Foswiki is organized like this:

• A Site
• Several Webs
• Many, many WikiWords

By default, there's a link to each Web in the sidebar of each page, so we can't have hundreds of Webs.

I see two possibilities:

First is one Web == one large-scale project.

But what is a large-scale project? By any standards, we do dozens of them a year - we'll run out of Webs.
