Wiki launch announcement - Welcome to the XRNL Wiki - April 2020

The Tech circle is pleased to announce a Public Wiki site for sharing XRNL Public information. It is expected that this will replace a number of existing sources of information which are currently rather inaccessible (eg in Mattermost Channel headers, long documents & co), and often hard to maintain. Pages have been set up already for each National Circle and Local Group containing basic contact information.

Creating more content We expect that the Wiki will expand with more pages and more details over the next few weeks. The Tech team is currently doing most updates, but is keen to help Circle and Local Group volunteers to be set up so that they can do their own updates in future. Info on how to register as an editor is here.

Confidentiality Do note that this information is freely accessible to anyone on the Internet, so the sort of information to be placed here should be the same as what is currently placed on Public Mattermost Channels. Do not put Confidential information on the wiki which should not be freely shared.

Privacy wrt references to volunteers. The guideline is that any references to individuals should be made ONLY to their Mattermost IDs, with no full names or personal email addresses. Individual Role Holders who have any concerns in this regard are encouraged to change their Mattermost ID to be
more @RadioActiveWombat style than @FredPJones
