¶ Give someone access to Mattermost
We want to ensure that Mattermost is a relatively safe environment and remains to communicate. That is why we only want to give people access that we once spoke to and who want to contribute something with the core values in mind.
That is why in principle only integrators give new people access.
¶ Steps to give someone access to mattermost
¶ 1. Log in on mattermost on your computer in the xrNetherlands team
In order to perform the next steps, it is important to do this on your computer and not in an app on your phone.
¶ 2. Click 'xrNetherlands' at the top left of your screen
If you do that, a small menu will appear.

¶ 3. Click on 'Invite people'
Click to 'invite people' in the menu that just opened. If you do that, there's an extra screen in the middle.

¶ 4. Click on copy invite link
Click on copy invite link in the screen that just opened. If you do, the Mattermost login link is copied.

¶ 5. Send the link to the new rebel
Two tips to make creating a Mattermost account as easy as possible for a rebel:
- send the link by email and not via Whatsapp or Signal. Creating an account can only be done on a computer and many people do not have access to their computer to whatsapp or signal, but to their email.
